Time magazine has published its first-ever full magazine issue as NFT. Ethereum’s Vitalik Buterin is featured on the cover of Time Magazine’s NFT issue.
Vitalik Buterin, the founder of Ethereum, spoke about the future of cryptocurrencies, including the dangers he sees from overzealous investors and a possible future where Ethereum could change the world.
With its latest edition, Time is the first print and digital NFT publication to appear on the blockchain.

Exclusive interview with Buterin
The Time team interviewed Ethereum founder and crypto pioneer Vitalik Buterin in an exclusive interview. Buterin’s main concern was the future of blockchain technology, which pushes NFTs in a damaging direction.
According to him, the general consumer base is misinformed, making it difficult to distinguish between legitimate projects and scams. He said:
The danger is that these $3 million monkeys become a different kind of game.
However, Vitalik hypothesized that Ethereum technology and blockchain could be used for the common good through various socio-political experiments.
He also hopes that smart contracts and decentralized applications will serve as a counterweight to authoritarian governments and disrupt Silicon Valley businesses.
