Advanced Blockchain AG: Holding company FINPRO AG concludes NFT cooperation agreement with leading photo agency group action press AG

Advanced Blockchain AG (Scale Frankfurt, primary market Düsseldorf, XETRA: ISIN DE000A0M93V6) announces that its holding company FINPRO AG (finpro.de) has signed a cooperation framework agreement with leading European photo agency group action press AG ( Dusseldorf, ISIN DE000A3ESE35).
The object of the contract is a non-exclusive cooperation regarding the realization of artistic projects in the field of non-fungible tokens. Under the artistic direction of renowned creative professionals, innovative NFT projects will be implemented and brought to market from the material of the action press catalog, which contains more than 150 million images. FINPRO – the subsidiary of Advanced Blockchain AG specialized in tokenization – will be responsible for the design of the programming and the implementation of the NFT projects, the design of the user interface and part of the marketing within the framework of cooperation.
In order to support the planned long-term cooperation, the parties have agreed on a remuneration in the form of a block of shares of action press AG with a six-figure value in euros for the services already rendered by FINPRO. In addition, FINPRO will participate in a significant double-digit percentage of NFT project revenue arising from cooperation with action press.
